Ordering

Orders can be placed by e-mail, phone, post or fax.

Carriage: UK Mainland only. For all other destinations please contact us. All orders above 1 kg and all liquid products are sent by carrier at a cost of £8.50.

Smaller orders of solid items (wax, pigments, wallpaper paste) are sent by 1st Class Post at a cost of £4.50.

The ordering system calculates the carriage/postage charges automatically. You can check your order and carriage cost at any time before completing.

Delivery time: Orders are despatched promptly, but please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Payment: Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, or by cheque made payable to PADDYS PAINTS (send to Paddy's Paints, Vernon House, 18 Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 6DQ). All goods must be paid for in full prior to despatch.

After sales service: We are pleased to answer your queries by e-mail and offer advice for you to get the most out of using our products.

Returns: Goods should be checked on arrival, in the presence of the delivery driver. In the event of any damaged or missing goods, notification must be made by e-mail immediately, and where appropriate, any goods returned to Paddy's Paints within 7 days. Should you wish to return any unused or unwanted items, they may be returned within 28 days, providing that they are unopened and in good condition. A charge of £5.00 or 10%, whichever is the greater, will be made to cover administration. Goods that are not in a satisfactory condition on return have to be paid for in full. Please contact us before returning any goods. This service is entirely at the discretion of Paddy's Paints and may be withdrawn without notice.
